I rented a unit online and when I went to check on it, there was someone else’s lock on it. When I finally got a hold of a manager, they offered a smaller unit that would not meet my needs. They said they could come and cut the lock off but if someone else’s items were in there, all they could do is issue a refund. I ended up having to go to another storage company. It has been almost a week and I still do not have my refund!! I am beyond upset at this point!!
